"The Keal Show" founder and maintainer, MisterKeal, truely believes in self-sovereinty on the internet, as to rely on no specific service in-order to exchange ideas and information; and as-such, MisterKeal attempts to steer away from the forced membership of any web 2.0 and social networking communities which monopolize upon Freedom of Information exchange.
The Keal Show website purposely does not contain any means for requirement of membership nor registration. Also, the TKS site only attempts to offer cookies on an as-needed basis for the sole purpose of being able to properly pay out royalties regarding exchanged content.

2010 02/01 TKS Mission Statement, Feb 1st 2010
The Keal Show is the result of laborous efforts of T.R.Keal. The hosting machine storage space and domain name services and other various services for this site are provided under legal contract by GoDaddy. The site, "thekealshow.com", is an American commercial level ICANN domain.
The Keal Show only streams the show live on internet radio stations that properly pay out royalties via legalized licensing systems which are compatible with those of loudcity.com and live365.com.
The current station for TKS is Revolutions Radio at http://rev-radio.com/ and is station-mastered by NiceNMean and minxkittyn.
The Keal Show website periodically backpays royalties from the "Streaming On-Demand Replays" section and "Archives" section in accordance to usage history via bulk transactions at legal licensing rate as-per their recording quality.
The legal registrant, owner and maintainer of this website, T.R.Keal, obtains no amount of compensated income via, nor receives any commission payments toward, any material transmitted via this website.
thekealshow.com is a friendly radio show and website with the sole intent of being T.R.Keal's catalyst for casting guidance, promoting common goodwill and well-being, sharing public information, and distributing T.R.Keal's personally drafted ethics teaching aids as-per a positive manner within the bounds of local, state, and federal mandate while fully attempting to maintain full respect towards, and fully remaining subordinate to, the legal rights of others.
All streamed artists which are not registered under any existing licensing structure have granted their permission to use their recordings freely.
2010 01/09 Streaming On-Demand Replays Upgrade
I updated the playlist generating PHP script for the Streaming On-Demand Replays System to now execute at "Ridiculous Speed" while also generating and linking the proper ".PLS" playlists too!

2009 11/29 iTunes Replay Glitch
It has come to my attention that iTunes has a glitch where it sorts streaming M3U's alphabetically by "%Artist% - %Title%" in the replay and plays the stream starting from the first track in the replay. This results in an out-of-order replay in iTunes!
The only repeatable work-around I have found is to manually download the .m3u file, then drag drop it into a playlist in iTunes, then play the M3U itself. This doesn't let you skip around, but does let you listen to the talk portions of the show in the correct order! Sowwies, iTunes users!!!
Shouts to Zivio!
Update:
Apparently, the same auto-sort issue exists for both M3U and PLS playlists, and in VLC as well! Try disabling playlist auto-sort in either VLC or iTunes. TKS Docs pages regarding solving these issues to be announced.
